Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure accurate cost estimations, prepare tender documents, and evaluate supplier proposals to support the success of multiple construction projects. Your work will contribute to delivering world-class results while maintaining operational efficiency and project quality.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must possess at least a Professional License (Civil Engineer or Master Plumber).
• At least 3 years of work-related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, On-Screen Take Off, Planswift, and Bluebeam.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication, report preparation, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Your Daily Tasks

• Review specifications and drawings to complete bid review forms.
• Prepare tender documents including the bill of quantities, ensuring timely submission of cost proposals.
• Prepare variation orders for clients.
• Perform quantity take-offs and identify queries or qualifications during the process.
• Issue requests for quotations and respond to supplier queries.
• Evaluate proposals/quotations, prepare abstract of bids and tender report summaries for approval and processing.
• Perform procurement activities, including tender management and negotiation.
• Implement procurement strategies to ensure supply security and value for money.
