QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer.

· Preferably a Licensed Engineer

· Preferably with experience in the same role for 3yr and above.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, since a quantity surveyor is required to oversee, monitor, and manage every aspect of the cost and production of a particular construction project

· Ability to communicate well and with confidence

· In-depth knowledge of construction and its principles and guidelines

· Adequate experience of construction estimating and/or finance

· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills which will enable a quantity surveyor to write detailed and concise reports and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders efficiently and effectively

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare/obtain Quantity take-off for the Electrical works based on the schematic plan and elemental parameters

· Prepare BQ and cost all the quantities therein for the approval of Unit Head.

· Prepare documentation and submit renewal of Corporate Licenses

· Assist in processing billings of Legal retainers including insurance & bonding companies.

· Obtain accurate Quantity take-off for the following scope of works as per assignment

· Review completeness of the attachment being request for approval RBR which includes; Subcon/s Proposal for the said scope of work.

· Prepare and compile proper filing of records of the department.

· Assist in the bidding process in private and public projects

· Operations Bill of Quantities that sums up the amount requested for Operating Budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
