Our client is a Triple A contractor in Alabang, Muntinlupa. They need a practical, hands-on Property Manager to care for company assets — vehicles, site and office equipment, and related records. This role focuses on keeping things ready, safe, and well-documented so projects run without delays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all company assets (vehicles, heavy equipment, tools, office items).
  • Keep up-to-date records: maintenance, licenses/registrations, locations, and assignments.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs with teams and sites.
  • Lead the team for equipment checks, inventory counts, and property cleanup.
  • Keep files for accidents, damages, and insurance incidents.
  • Make sure assets are safe, ready to use, and follow company rules.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering course. PRC license preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years as Property Manager/Head and 10 years in property/asset roles.
  • Strong at organizing records, leading small teams, and scheduling maintenance.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept assignments in Tarlac and other sites.
  • Available to start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php70,000.00 per month
