Position: HR Specialist - Recruitment

Location: Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for dedicated HR Specialist to join our growing team. The HR Specialist for Recruitment will handle the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to help the company attract and retain top talent.

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized and capable of handling fast-paced operational requirements
• Open to Fresh Graduates

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing and networking
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of pre-employment requirements
