Job Summary

The QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all plant products, processes, and operations meet company quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. This role supports consistent product quality by implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and monitoring compliance across plant operations.


Requirements
  • Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
  • Experience in quality assurance or quality control in food manufacturing or plant operations is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in process products, and finished goods
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards throughout plant operations
  • Document quality findings and prepare inspection and compliance reports
  • Investigate quality issues, non conformities, and customer complaints and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sanitation teams to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
