Contract Logistics Sales Manager​

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Contract Logistics Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge of logistics operations, and the ability to develop customized solutions that enhance client efficiency and cost-effectiveness.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in contract logistics, warehousing, and distribution.​
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.​
  • Conduct comprehensive client needs analysis to propose tailored logistics solutions.​
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.​
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.​
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to potential clients.​
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.​
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with clients.​
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and optimizing service delivery.​

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.​
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in contract logistics, warehousing, or distribution.​
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and supply chain solutions.​
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.​
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.​
  • Existing network of clients in industries requiring warehousing and distribution is a plus.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.​
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.​
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.​
