JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Assistant (Distribution 1) will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the brand's key ambassador within the store, ensuring a professional and positive representation at all times.
  • Communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Promote sales by encouraging purchases and gathering customer information for future marketing initiatives.
  • Strive to consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support store operations and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to drive conversions.
  • Thorough understanding of the products or services being promoted.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • 1-2yrs promoting other consumer electronic brands.
