Job Description :

  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming manner.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide product information.
  • Promote products and upsell when appropriate to maximize sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with promotions, discounts, and sales events.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cashiering and sales.

Requirements:

  • At least college level
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic Math skills and Cash Handling
  • Willing to be deployed under agency

Salary Rate: Minimum (Depends on the location)
