About the role

3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services, and policies
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  7. Participating in training programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  6. Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required
  7. High school diploma or equivalent, with the potential for further education or training
