What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
  • Documenting all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or a quick learner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
