The Social Media Associate is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing KONU’s digital presence across platforms. This role focuses on producing engaging content, handling day-to-day social media management, and supporting digital campaigns in coordination with the media team. The associate will also cover events and activations to capture key content that builds awareness and engagement. A strong eye for food styling and photography is essential to ensure that all content showcases KONU products in the most appealing, mouthwatering way possible. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management Produce and edit photos, videos, and reels for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. Manage the posting calendar and ensure consistent execution of content plans. Write captions and copy that align with the KONU brand voice. Track trending content and adapt quickly for brand relevance. Campaign & Media Support Support awareness and product launch campaigns with strong digital content. Coordinate with the media team to provide creative assets and inputs for digital ads. Assist in monitoring paid ad creatives and suggest optimizations based on performance. Event & Activation Content Travel to events, activations, and retail launches to capture photo/video content. Create real-time social content for posting during events. Work closely with the Events & Activations Associate to ensure content coverage supports campaign goals. Work with the Design Team for campaign collaterals and content kits. Coordinate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand campaigns. Assist in community management (engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages). Reporting & Analysis Consolidate performance updates into campaign reports. Share recommendations based on insights to improve content effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Must be willing to work in Taytay, Rizal. Strong skills in photo/video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar). Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook best practices. Good understanding of social media analytics. Willingness to travel for events and activations. Creative, detail-oriented, and updated on Gen Z trends and digital culture. Core Competencies Creative Storytelling: Ability to turn brand concepts into engaging digital content. Food Styling & Photography: Ability to make food products look crave-worthy and brand-consistent in every piece of content. Adaptability: Quick to capture and produce content based on trends and real-time opportunities. Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams and external partners.
