Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements and other performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
  • Monitor key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and present findings to management.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating inputs and ensuring accuracy.
  • Conduct market and industry research to benchmark company performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights.

· Recommend improvements to financial processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Master's or CFA is a plus).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
  • High attention to detail.
