About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking experienced Real Estate Customer Service Agents to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Real Estate Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, and assisting with various real estate-related tasks. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and emails from clients, providing accurate and helpful information
  2. Assisting clients with real estate-related inquiries, such as property listings, pricing, and availability
  3. Coordinating with internal teams to schedule property viewings and handle client requests
  4. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  6. Contributing to the overall success of the real estate business through effective customer support

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the real estate industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive and professional customer experience
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Familiarity with real estate terminology, property types, and market trends
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
