Google Sheets Expert/Administrator

Elder Care Homecare is seeking a Google Sheets Expert to work on a 4-6 week contract at 20-30 hours per week. We are a growing private pay homecare agency servicing New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts.
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing our current Google Sheets usage, creating, maintaining and automating complex spreadsheets, visualizing data with dashboards and charts and streamlining our Google Sheets workflows and formulas. The ideal candidate has advanced Google Sheets and formula knowledge, problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Spreadsheet creation and management including the maintenance, design and build out of existing and new spreadsheets
- Data analysis ensuring all current data is organized and accurate
- Creation of charts, graphs and dashboards to help our team visualize and report on data effectively
- Automation using advanced formulas to help streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Generating reports and provide internal trainings to team members who will be using the spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Advanced Google Sheets knowledge with proficiency in complex formulas and functions
- Proven experience in data cleaning, organization and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Ability to take direction and work effectively with others to achieve desired outcomes
- Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of data
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4-6 weeks
Pay: Php Php500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
