  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to receive imported construction chemicals.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and damage.
  • Ensure proper documentation (e.g., packing list) is checked and filed
  • Create effective and efficient inventory and stocking system. Lead the warehouse and logistic team.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overstock situations and near expiry products.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation to minimize product expiry and waste.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Store products according to chemical safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and containment of hazardous or sensitive materials.
  • Monitor warehouse conditions (cleanliness, temperature, humidity, ventilation) to preserve product integrity.
  • Prepare and dispatch purchase orders accurately and on time.
  • Thoroughly review delivery documentation (e.g., invoice, delivery receipt, waybills) before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with drivers/logistics team to ensure timely and safe delivery to construction sites or clients.
  • Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and warehouse safety protocols.
  • Report and manage incidents such as spills, leaks, or damaged goods.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse written reports (stock levels, damaged items, expiry reports).
  • Communicate with the management, sales and procurement to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
  • Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse operations.
