The Warehouse Assistant performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs receiving of local and imported items delivered in the warehouse by performing 100% sorting
  • Creates pallet tags, perform put away and replenishes empty bins
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Maintains inventory counts and controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or issued. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat;
  • Providing friendly and professional service to our customers and co-workers.
  • Awareness on responsibilities related to company policies. Providing regular reporting to management as directed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

  • At least senior high school graduate and computer literate

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year experience in working experience in Warehouse
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office especially MS Excel.
  • With keen attention to detail and has good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,127.69 per month
