Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Prepare and post journal entries; ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with month-end and year-end close routines
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and dashboards as requested
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with payroll processing (if applicable)
- Excellent data entry, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Working Hours
- This role offers full-time hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php Php200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
