Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented IT Administrative Assistant to support documentation, compliance, and audit readiness—primarily focused on ISO This role ensures organized, accurate records and supports IT governance and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation: Maintain IT documents (policies, procedures, diagrams, manuals) with proper version control and ISO compliance.
  • Audit Support: Assist in ISO 27001 documentation, evidence gathering, audit scheduling, and tracking findings.
  • Policy Compliance: Distribute policies, track training, and maintain incident records.
  • Admin Support: Manage calendars, reports, procurement, meetings, asset inventory, and supplies.
  • Communication: Liaise across teams for documentation and compliance updates.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years admin experience; 1+ year in compliance or ISO 27001 support.

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

  • Basic IT knowledge; familiarity with ITSM (e.g., ITIL) and GRC tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred
  • ISO 27001 experience and certification exposure.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, document control systems, and IT security practices.
  • Relevant certifications in admin, project coordination, or compliance.
