The successful candidate will report to the technical solutions delivery team.   They will be working on a project to migrate and merge legacy Citrix environments and upgrading of existing environments to current releases.

Working Excellent skills in the following areas are required:

· Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop (6.5 to current LTSR versions).

· Citrix Provisioning Services

· Citrix Federated Authentication Service Experience.

· Citrix Workspace Environment Manager.

· Citrix Licensing.

· Citrix Storefront.

· Citrix Director, reporting, alerting, and monitoring.

· Management of hosted shared desktops as well as VDI.

Other Knowledge and Abilities

• 5+ years with configuration and support of Citrix products and technologies.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and interoperability with various network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

· Knowledge of Citrix Netscaler is an advantage.

• Knowledge of MS Windows and VMware operating systems.
• Knowledge of information security techniques to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot application installation and compatibility issues in a muti user environment.
• Ability to organise and support the end user migration process from one Citrix environment to another.
• Ability to own technical issues and drive them to resolution, working with specialist team members as required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with other employees in the company in both technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, and customers.

Must have reliable internet connection at home

Must be comfortable working Homebased

Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 4PM to 1AM Manila Time (may change due to DST)
