We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to automate business processes, streamline workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. This role also involves providing ongoing support and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) tailored to various business needs.
• Build and automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop and manage reports and dashboards with Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
• Configure and administer Dataverse, including entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools, Azure services, and enterprise systems.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide ongoing technical support to end-users, enabling effective use of Power Platform tools.
• Monitor the performance, stability, and security of Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues to ensure service reliability.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom Power Apps solutions.
• Knowledge of data modeling, integration techniques, and business process automation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies.
• Experience with API integrations and external data sources.

Must have reliable internet connection at home

Must be comfortable working Homebased

Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 9PM to 6AM Manila Time (may change due to DST)
