Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SME-Accounts Payable professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Accounts Payable and a solid understanding of Procure to Pay Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute to our financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline procure to pay processes.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Implement best practices in accounts payable to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts payable activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all payable transactions.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members in accounts payable processes.
  • Utilize financial software to automate and improve accounts payable workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts payable records to ensure data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall financial operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounts payable practices.

Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accounts payable processes and financial software.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Show excellent communication skills for effective vendor and stakeholder interactions.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
