We are seeking a skilled individual to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in design sprint sessions to align with project goals and requirements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide QA engineers on project functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and Designer to develop the Product Specification Document (PSD), ensuring alignment between requirements, system architecture, and testing analysis.
  • Develop a thorough Test Analysis to ensure complete coverage of the project scope.
  • Conduct walkthroughs of the Test Analysis with all project stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for TA-related inquiries within the Testing as a Service framework.
  • Work with developers to incorporate testability features into the project.
  • Establish checkpoints to monitor progress during testing activities.
  • Review Test Cases to ensure comprehensive testing of all requirements and scope.
  • Provide technical guidance on QA processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Create automation scripts from the regression test suite.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong expertise in Front-End (Web and Mobile) and Back-End (API, Database) testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based initiatives.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of non-functional testing (security, performance, etc.).

Additional Information:

  • Experience Required: 4-7 years in software development or QA roles.
  • Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in BGC, Taguig.
