HIRING IMMEDIATELY – Freelancer/Contract Position

FULL TIME VIRTURAL SCHEDULER AND ADMIN

MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00am-5:00pm (Central Standard Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Scheduling: responsible for the scheduling of established, and new, patient appointments,

· Follow up appointments, return visits

· Telephone: direct calls and/or take messages according to office policy

· Enter and maintain correct patient data in computer system

· Verify patient information, collection of copay, co-insurance, and balances on accounts

· Address patient inquiries, schedule return visits

· Inform patients of medical provider office policy

· Scanning patient records and saving in provider system

· Lead Follow-up, convert to patients

· Office Administrative duties as needed

· Give directions to appointment location.

· Call and send text reminders of appointments.

· Check voicemails/email and respond quickly.

· Communicate with doctors via text and or email

Job Requirements Education/Experience:

· Must have a desk top computer or a computer capable to have 2 screens

· High speed internet

· Excellent English language

· A designated office space to work with HIPAA sensitive data

· Must be able to provide a current NBI Clearance

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 2 years of customer service experience.

· Ability to handle multiple software programs simultaneously

· 1 year of Call experience

· Previous experience in sales, or patient engagement

Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Computer skills: 5 years (Preferred)
