Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervises the work of the technicians and ensures that the dispatched SOs and tickets are managed and completed in a timely fashion.

· To efficiently distribute the SOs and tickets to the technicians in a timely manner, prioritizing and monitoring the team's output to ensure that the SLAs and that quality targets are reached and maintained.

· Responsible to conduct quality control checks, to rectify and/or advise rectification of any work by the technicians that are not in compliance with the standards.

· Trains, supports and develops new members of the team and ensures to develop the skills and competencies of the technicians.

· Assists in the preparation of the daily and weekly reports presented to the management.

· To identify and highlight best practices through continuous assessment of the team's performance and provides recommendations to the immediate superiors for the area's improvement.

EDUCATION

B.S. degree in engineering or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

· With 5 or more year's technical experience in design and management of communications networks.

· Must possess Project Management Training/Certification

· Knowledge in various telecommunications system including fiber optic, architecture and engineering design.
