This role ensures that buildings and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.What You'll DoOperations & Maintenance ManagementOversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational activities across South Luzon commercial propertiesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performanceCoordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimal disruption to building operationsMonitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunitiesCompliance & SafetyEnsure all properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standardsConduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiativesOversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherenceClient & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain high standards of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service deliveryCollaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requestsBuild and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providersProvide regular performance reports to senior management and clientsPerformance OptimizationMonitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvementsAnalyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the South Luzon property clusterSupport sustainability and energy efficiency programsTeam LeadershipLead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple propertiesProvide technical guidance and training to maintenance staffEnsure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and compliance recordsWhat You'll NeedExperience: 5-7 years in facility management or building maintenance with experience managing multiple commercial propertiesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical fieldTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), local regulations, and maintenance management softwareLeadership: Proven team management abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong client relationship management experienceLocation: Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Luzon region with ability to travel across assigned propertiesWhy Join JLL?At JLL Philippines, you'll be part of a global leader shaping the future of real estate.
