We're Hiring: Cluster Manager

About Life Group is a growing collection of specialty cafés and food concepts. We are looking for a Cluster Manager to oversee several of our stores within one location hub. If you are a results-driven leader who thrives in guiding people, growing sales, and elevating customer experience, this role is for you.

The Role

As Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for supervising multiple stores and ensuring smooth, profitable operations. You will lead approximately 18 staff members, provide training, track KPIs, and drive each branch to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Coaching: Guide and motivate store teams to perform at their best and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Set sales goals per store, monitor performance daily/weekly, and implement strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • KPI Management: Establish, track, and review operational and sales KPIs across the cluster; prepare reports for management.
  • Customer Service Training: Conduct regular training to improve service standards and upselling techniques.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and store organisation.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Align staffing and resources to customer flow and seasonal demand.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, DOLE labour standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Management or a related course.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong skills in sales management, customer service training, and team development.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret KPIs and implement performance improvements.
  • Hands-on, decisive, and capable of running multi-store operations with minimal supervision.
