Job Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management - Monitor and track stock levels to ensure adequate supply and avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Cash Management - Ensures the proper handling and safekeeping of cash collections and branch funds.
  • Branch Management - Monitors the efficient and proper utilization of branch expenses.
  • Systems Management - Registers newly recruited dealer's details in the system.
  • Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) - Monitors and drives the RPO performance of the entire branch.
  • Dealer Management - Ensures that dealers are well aware of the Dealer Code of Ethics, orients dealers regarding new policies and guidelines of the company.
  • Leadership and Management - Manages, trains, and supervises branch staff.

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.

  • Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management, or similar work environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with others.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated flexibility regarding work assignments (cross-posting), assignment schedules, and work locations.

  • Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Proficient in computer skills with foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
