high-velocity launch unit
taking multiple live websites, portals, and UX/UI prototypes from draft to world-class execution in weeks, not months.

Role Overview

We're hiring
2–3 exceptional Web Designers
who can:

• Collaborate on the rapid rollout of multiple brand and client websites.
• Transform existing Framer/Figma drafts into fully live, polished experiences.
• Elevate visual design to
  luxury-brand
  standards — texture, typography, and detail.
• Work alongside founders, developers, and PR leads to deliver aligned storytelling across each brand.
• Contribute to app UX/UI layouts for VIONIX OS, PHARMORIS, and GENORA platforms.

You'll operate in
build-mode:
fast, iterative, ambitious.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on
  web design sprints
  for brand, corporate, and client projects.
• Execute across
  Webflow / Framer / Wix Studio / Figma
  depending on brand and timeline.
• Create and refine
  UX/UI flows
  for mobile and web applications.
• Develop consistent,
  high-luxury
  visual languages (animation, grid systems, spacing, colour psychology).
• Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Manage assets, typography, and imagery across multiple domains.
• Build shareable design systems for future scalability.
• Contribute to client decks, mockups, and launch visuals for investor or PR use.
• Maintain version control, hand-off documentation, and inter-team clarity.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 3-5+ years of design experience (agency or luxury brand exposure preferred).
• Mastery of
  Figma
  ,
  Webflow
  , and/or
  Framer
  (Wix Studio acceptable if top-tier).
• A luxury-calibre
  portfolio
  — minimalism, depth, typography, cinematic flow.
• Speed and precision under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of
  branding hierarchy
  , grid systems, and motion design principles.
• Ability to translate business goals into
  emotionally powerful visuals
  .
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-moving teams.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with
  UI for apps
  ,
  AR/VR
  , or
  space-themed interfaces
  .
• Familiarity with
  Notion / Power Automate / M365 / Slack / ClickUp
  workflows.
• Branding or luxury campaign design experience (Chanel, Dior, Ferrari, Louis Vuitton, etc.).
• Front-end understanding (HTML/CSS basics for design hand-off).
