Job Description

As a Business Analyst Senior Officer, you will act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with users to understand and define project scope and requirements, which are used for initial cost and effort estimations.
  • Leading the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications. This includes working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and the delivery team.
  • Managing and updating key project documents such as the Requirements Clarification Log and Traceability Matrix, especially for complex projects.
  • Coordinating with users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test case development.
  • Reviewing system test results and performing sample reviews before system release for UAT.
  • Acting as the point of contact during UAT execution, guiding users through testing and deployment activities.
  • Facilitating clear communication between IT, testers, vendors, and business users to ensure everyone understands the requirements and project goals.
  • Providing ongoing support and coordination throughout the system development life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Capable of providing technical training to end users.
  • Results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Leadership skills to guide project teams and stakeholders.
