Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Cost Estimation and Budgeting

  • Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates
  • Monitor budgets and identify value engineering opportunities

2. Tendering and Procurement

  • Develop mechanical BoQs and specifications
  • Submit tenders on time and negotiate procurement savings

3. Contract Management

  • Administer mechanical contracts and change orders
  • Resolve disputes within contractual timelines

4. Measurement and Valuation

  • Conduct site measurements and submit progress valuation reports
  • Ensure alignment with actual site conditions

5. Cost Control and Monitoring

  • Track mechanical project costs and forecast financial health
  • Recover costs from variations and mitigate risks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
