DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops marketing strategies and plans appropriate marketing campaigns for our social media platforms
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, mail inserts, flyers, newsletters and calendars
  • Assisting with the development of methods for the generation of awareness through social media
  • Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials via various media
  • Co-management and creativity for social media schedule and posting contents
  • Organizing and attending events; develops special events as required Conducting market research which includes member questionnaires, focus groups etc.
  • Liaises with various other departments in the organization to ensure participation and collaboration in promotional activities
  • Engage with our online community and active engagement to our social media presence
  • Develops monthly orientation slides for new agents
  • Provide ideas and strategies to keep agents engaged and motivated, and ensure they are well integrated into the company
  • Other duties assigned related to development of marketing and communication strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven experience in attraction marketing and social media management
  • Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of PR, marketing and planning events
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and website content management
