Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a virtual assistant to help us with data migration and administrative support in the short term, and to be available on a flexible hourly basis in the long term.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any field)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Competent in spreadsheet usage (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
- Very detail-oriented and careful with repetitive tasks (accuracy is key)
- Punctual, hardworking, and professional
- Organised and good at handling a variety of responsibilities
- Able to follow procedures closely but also proactive when clarifications are needed
Responsibilities include things like:
- Transferring data from one system to another with accuracy
- Checking data for errors and inconsistencies
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets to track progress
- Organizing files and documents (Google Drive/Sharepoint)
- Assisting with ad-hoc admin requests
