Summary

Ang Construction Laborer ay nagbibigay ng pangkalahatang tulong sa mga gawain sa construction site, sumusuporta sa mga skilled workers at tinitiyak na ang mga gawain ay maisasagawa nang ligtas, maayos, at nasa oras. Ito ay isang project-based na posisyon para lamang sa loob ng isang (1) buwan at nangangailangan ng lakas, pagsunod sa safety, at pakikipagtulungan upang makamit ang mga layunin ng proyekto.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad

  • Tumulong sa mga skilled workers sa mga gawain tulad ng masonerya, karpinterya, bakal, pagpipintura, at iba pa.
  • Magbuhat, mag-load at mag-unload ng mga materyales, kagamitan, at kasangkapan.
  • Maglinis at maghanda ng lugar ng trabaho, maghalo ng materyales, at magtapon ng mga debris.
  • Sumunod sa mga tagubilin ng site supervisor at sa mga safety protocols.
  • Suportahan ang pang-araw-araw na operasyon ng site upang matugunan ang mga deadline ng proyekto.

Kwalipikasyon

  • Nakapagtapos ng High School bilang minimum.
  • Maaaring may o walang karanasan sa construction.
  • Pisikal na malakas at kayang magsagawa ng mabibigat na gawain.
  • Masipag, marunong makisama, at handang magtrabaho sa iba't ibang kondisyon ng site

Mga Kinakailangan Bago Ideploy

  • Valid na NBI Clearance
  • Medical Certificate (Fit to Work)
  • Pagtatapos ng onboarding requirements ng ABI.

Detalye ng Kontrata

  • Tagal: 1 buwan (Project-Based) pwede ito ma-extend depende sa takbo ng proyekto
  • Schedule: Lunes–Sabado (site-based)
  • No staff house/barracks
  • Makati based.
  • Sahod: Ayon sa labor standards at nakatakdang assignment ng proyekto. PHP 695 per day.
