About the role

LRI Chroma Asia Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position based in General Trias City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting systems
  • Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and address financial-related issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA an advantage, but not required
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar senior-level finance role in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the manufacturing industry
