Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting company products and services. This role combines technical knowledge with sales strategies to meet customer needs and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and contributing to annual revenue projections.
- Generates leads and proactively connects with potential clients.
- Responds to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducts sales calls, product presentations, and assists in bidding activities.
- Manages and maintains the internal team Google Drive database regularly.
- Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with clients.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of sales experience in the construction industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Assertive, confident, and results-driven.
- Technically knowledgeable and quick to understand product specifications.
- Persuasive and results-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized and consistent in managing leads and client follow-ups.
- Proactive, confident, and able to work independently or with a team.
