Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday – Saturday


Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heavy vehicles and machinery in the motorpool department. This role ensures the reliability and safety of all motorized equipment, supporting smooth operations across the plant and farm activities.


Requirements:
  • Graduate of Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related course
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining heavy equipment or vehicles is an advantage
  • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • Willing to work full time in Baloy, Tablon

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure proper functioning
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory
  • Coordinate with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards for all motorpool equipment
