Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via work-order system, email, and phone.
- Independently resolve common issues following the training manual and escalate complex or high-risk complaints to the supervisor as needed.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions with accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); knowledge of Filipino language is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with customer service platforms or ticketing systems.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure while handling urgent complaints.
- Team-oriented with solid problem-solving and logical analysis skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Willing to work on shifts or fixed schedules as required.
