Thai Wah International Philippines, a subsidiary of Thai Wah Public Company Limited, is seeking a trustworthy and passionate professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Logistics Executive.

This role plays a key part in supporting our starch derivatives business in the Philippines and contributes to the company's overall growth strategy. The position is responsible for customer service operations, logistics coordination, and supply chain support. The ideal candidate will interact closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery processes, accurate documentation, and excellent service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer interactions and handle operational matters promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate local delivery services and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and monitor documentation for importation and local sales activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
  • Coordinate the movement of goods, including transportation arrangements, insurance, and documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, proactively resolving any issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export and logistics transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales administration.
  • Experience with import/export processes is preferred.
  • Experience in a multinational company or handling food ingredients and commodity products is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
