  • Will play a crucial role in the business development and bidding process by creating robust, defensible, and compelling project schedules for inclusion in client proposals.
  • Will translate the technical scope of work into a logical and clear project execution timeline, demonstrating the company's capability to deliver the project on time and within proposed constraints.
  • Will closely coordinate with the proposal team, estimators, engineers, and project managers during the bidding phase.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Has at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls, preferably within an EPC, construction, or government contracting environment.
  • Experience in developing schedules for proposals or bids is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Has strong analytical skills using MS Excel and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint.
  • Has an understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and WBS development.
  • Has the ability to read and quickly interpret complex RFP documents and scopes of work.
  • Has exceptional written and communication skills, with a focus on persuasive and professional writing for proposals.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight, often inflexible deadlines inherent in the bid process.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (sales, technical, finance, and legal).
  • Has high attention to detail and accuracy.
