A Project Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the schedule and resource plan for a project. They ensure that all tasks are sequenced logically, deadlines are realistic, and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project goals.

  • Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, College Undergraduate, Bachelor's Degree/ College Graduate
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination, preferably 1-2 years under a project management team
  • Strong background in resource allocation, cost estimation, and project progress tracking
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and analysis
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles of risk and change management
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Capable of monitoring project timelines, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate across departments and stakeholders
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines, with a team-oriented mindset
  • High sense of accountability, reliability, and ownership of tasks
  • Familiar with industry standards, compliance requirements, and safety protocols
  • Willing to work on-site or project locations when required, with openness to continuous learning and professional development
