Schedule: Hybrid Work Arrangement, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Location: Ugong, Pasig

As Project Executive, You'll Do

A. Project Planning Support

- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.

- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with the core team to gather input for planning.

B. Coordination & Communication

- Act as a point of contact between teams, vendors/suppliers manpower, talents etc.

- Schedule and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Facilitate communication to keep everyone aligned on goals and deadlines.

C. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain and update project documentation (e.g., plans, reports, budgets).

- Prepare status reports for the core team.

D. Task Management

- Assign and track individual tasks to team members.

- Monitor deadlines and escalate risks of delay.

- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.

E. Budget Tracking

- Request Payment for the suppliers involved in the Project

- Request cash advance if necessary

- Monitor expenses and help maintain project budget records.

F. Timely Liquidation.

- Efficient in creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate of Business-related course, Marketing, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Events & BTL Agency.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application.
  • Has a wide, existing pool of suppliers and independent manpower
  • Has excellent organization, time management, detail orientation, communication, customer service, and budget management skills.
  • Has self-motivation and discipline, even with minimal supervision.
  • Has initiative, is proactive, can multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Other tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time
