DEPARTMENT: Titan Sales
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Manages and leads a team of sales agents to drive company sales goals. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and monitor performances. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team/unit members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Supervisor should:
- Supports sales manager and performs management duties.
- Setting targets for individual sales reps based on team target.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Monitors and ensures that the targets and goals set for his/her team is reached.
- Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to help improve on sales metrics.
- Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with major customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Allocating accounts to sales representatives
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must possess the following:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business-related courses
- With at least 3-5 years of work experience either in business development, sales, or marketing.
- With proven good performance records is a plus
- With experience in leadership role is a plus
- Willing to drive car
SKILLS:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Problem Solving Skills / Initiative
- Good IT, budget and report writing and business letter writing skills
- Product Knowledge and Industry Experience
- Result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel or Google sheets
