Solutions Sales Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solutions Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving new business opportunities. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Understand customer requirements and propose relevant solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and deliver value-based selling to prospective clients.
- Manage and track leads and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and other relevant documentation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or solution-based selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or consultative sales.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
