
Payroll Master

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll, final pay, and employee benefits lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure legal compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity by maintaining accurate documentation, aligning processes with relevant labor laws, and preparing for internal and external audits.
- Drive process efficiency and operational excellence through continuous improvement and the implementation of automation and system enhancements in payroll and benefits administration.
- Review, validate, and approve payroll and benefits reports, including reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to disbursement or submission.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) and external partners (vendors, auditors, regulatory bodies) to resolve complex payroll and benefits issues and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits legislation to proactively update internal policies and maintain compliance.
- Perform other tasks that support the overall objectives of the HR and Finance departments, including participation in cross-functional projects, system implementations, process reviews, and mentoring team members.
