Role Overview

The Finance Shared Service Center is under the Global Finance department. It comprises various finance functions that support Vestas globally, including Purchase to Pay, Travel and Expense, Account to Report, Cash Management, Compliance, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Costing and Inventory, Master Data Management, and Finance Controlling.

This team collaborates closely with Regional Finance, Payroll, Factory Controllers, Treasury, Procurement, and other company functions.

Responsibilities
  • Execute defined Finance Shared Service Center processes in accordance with Vestas Standard Operating Procedures
  • Engage with business stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems efficiently
  • Contribute to improving and optimizing Finance processes
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/University Degree in Business Studies, Finance, or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Service Center environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy
  • Professionalism and ability to take initiative
  • Self-managed with minimal supervision required
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work on holidays and assigned shifts
