Get to Know the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will support the management and growth of our main accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our organization.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of products/services and resolution of customer issues
- Analyze account performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Support the preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations and proposals to key clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
- Assist in contract negotiations and renewals with key accounts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of account management best practices
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 or more years of experience in key account management or similar role
- Experience growing partner accounts
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and turn insights into relevant strategies
- Experienced in project management, and balancing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our organization's sector is a plus
