The Motorcycle Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring high-quality repairs, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient operation. This role involves managing service staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining profitability, and upholding dealership standards and safety protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in management or any related course

  • With at least 2 years of experience in the motorcycle servicing field, preferably in a supervisory/managerial position.

  • Ideally with technical capability with motorcycle repairs

-willing to travel and be assigned with different business units.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
