Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the growing demand for niche and global roles by helping balance requisition volume across the team. This role ensures faster time-to-fill while maintaining high hiring standards and delivering a positive candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will work closely with the sourcing team, hiring managers, and clients to provide seamless recruitment support across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage requisitions across different levels, from entry-level to executive, for diverse industries
  • Coordinate assessments, schedule SME interviews, and ensure timely updates to clients
  • Deliver on monthly hiring KPIs while maintaining strong candidate conversion results
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to build, maintain, and strengthen proactive talent pipelines
  • Provide recruitment insights and data to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or BPO environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with minimal supervision
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment metrics and motivated by meeting performance-based goals
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
