Work Schedule

Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – 6:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

7:00 am – 4:00 pm every Friday

What You'll Do

· Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies, create brand guidelines, and manage marketing budgets.

· Market analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor insights, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

· Campaign management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and television.

· Brand consistency: Ensure all brand messaging and activities are consistent with the brand's identity, values, and public perception.

· Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support business goals.

· Performance monitoring: Track brand performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and report on results and return on investment (ROI) to management.

· Project and team leadership: Oversee marketing staff, manage projects, and coordinate with external agencies for design, media buying, and other campaign-related activities.
