We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to gain
hands-on experience in brand management and contribute to the growth of our brands. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Brand & Campaign Support: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collateral Management: Help in creating and proofreading marketing materials, including social media content, promo materials, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of brand campaigns and marketing activities using key metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, creative, and operations) and external partners (e.g., agencies, suppliers) to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in managing and tracking the brand marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are properly documented.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media is a plus.
- Experience in FMCG is preferred
